Profile Description

As a project manager, I have already experienced working with multi-national companies like Accenture, Safeway Philtech, AIG, Ayala Systems Technology, and major local telecommunications (SMART/GLOBE/PLDT) companies.  I have experience on handling web and software development, banking and insurance system, eCommerce, data integration, data warehousing, data analytics and business intelligence.  I am adept on communicating, understanding and managing customers' expectations.  From handling multitude of projects from different technologies and different nationalities, I am already adept on risk and issues resolution, creating a solid project management plan and presenting budgets to all the project stakeholders.  I am certified on PMP for project management, Scrum for Agile methodology and ITIL for service management.  Most of my projects, I have experienced setting up new processes and standards, based on my certifications and experience on also handling difficult and startup projects.
