You can call me Kris, I'm from the Philippines and I have an 8 Years mix experiences in CSR (Customer Service Representative) and VA (Virtual Assistant) Role
I have an excellent 5 years experience as a Customer Service Representative for (BCBS) Anthem Prime n' Complete, Cigna, and Dominion National, where I perfected my skills in eligibility, benefits and claims processing.
As I stay in this role, I continue to deepen my understanding and learning in US Dental insurances and enhance my expertise in identifying COB (Coordination of Benefits), Investigating Upgrade to see actual infory and secondary accounts and differentiate types of Insurances.
As a result of my BPO experiences, I choose to dedicate myself entirely to being a virtual assistant and extend my services to dental clients. This will allow them to focus on their patients while I do their administrative task and back-office needs. In addition, I am skilled navigating various insurance web portals and practice management software's (PMS) such as OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft and XLDent.
Transitioning to BCC, I served as an Answering Services to prestigious Law Firms in the US. I honed my skills in data organization, attention to detail, time management, basic legal terminologies and my interpersonal skills,
I move to a higher position in the same company as a Trainer Manager and in subsequent role I persist to grow my stint knowledge in legal industry. Training people, exceeding productivity targets and acknowledge by the higher operations, I solidified my reputation as a results - driven leader with a passion for fostering growth and success among my colleagues.
