Online Marketing Team Manager

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role within our marketing team? We are looking for an energetic Team Manager to lead and develop our team of marketing professionals. As the key figure in our marketing process, you will be responsible for the daily management of a team of virtual assistants (VA’s) from Asian countries like the Philippines, India, Pakistan, etc.

Location: Remote (worldwide)

Responsibilities:
- Daily management and monitoring of 10 VAs responsible for our Instagram activities.
- Ensuring high-quality content and making adjustments as needed.
- Training and developing new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers over time.

Who are we looking for?
- You must be fluent in English and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, intelligent, entrepreneurial, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- You possess a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in team leadership and knowledge of social media management are preferred.
