Walmart Store Manager

I am looking for somebody to manage my walmart store. You will be responsible for all aspects of store growth from product research, sourcing, fulfillment, etc.

We do a mix of wholesale, private label, and dropshipping. I am open to growing any/all of these segments.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years managing walmart stores. Not Amazon, not shopify, etc. You must have experience with the walmart platform specifically.

You must be a SELF STARTER. Everybody says they are a self starter, but obviously this is not true. If you are not a self starter, it will quickly become evident. You must be able to manage yourself for the most part because I do not have the bandwidth to closely manage you. I am looking for somebody who I can trust to get the job done and then know that it will be done properly.
You must be entrepreneurial.

Compensation will be based on experience and business profit share. The profit share will be based on a waterfall structure. If you are not looking for an entrepreneurial role where compensation is largely performance-based, this is not for you.
