Social Media + Lead Generation

I'm looking for someone who can help me with Instagram (with focus on IG Reels), Pinterest and possibly TikTok) and is exceptional with social media marketing. If you also have experience with lead generation (whether through social media or email marketing), that would be even better.

I'm looking for someone long term as I have multiple projects I will need help with. As the project progresses, if you're doing exceptional work, I will likely request additional hours with the increase in pay to match. I'm also known for giving bonuses to reward excellent work that results in success/profit for my business.

I may need more hours at the beginning of the project with less hours towards the end of the month so am looking for someone who can be flexible in that regard.
