VA for Customer Service

I run an online ecommerce store based in the US, selling electric bikes, mostly selling to hunters.

I'm looking for a person with experience using Live Chat and emailing with customers.
While Live Chat and email will be the priority task it will not take up much time in a day so other tasks will include some writing, for ex. product descriptions and updating old blog posts to match current products for sale. Occasionally Shopify product page upkeep, like uploading images and writing the product descriptions. Order processing. Contacting suppliers to get up to date stock levels of products. Some other admin type tasks as needed.

Excellent English writing skills required.
Working on US time zone hours.
Experience is Shopify is a bonus but not essential.

Potentially this role will evolve to include answering customer phone calls, very few calls a day.
