WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 10 am-2 pm EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with colleagues to plan, prepare and build out web properties from a pre-production website wireframe, all the way to a responsive cross-platform-tested final product
Developing website user flow and architecture to ensure lightning-fast load times, and world-class user experience for new and existing customers
Maintaining and improving the user experience and interface of existing websites

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of digital design and front end web development
Expert proficiency with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (like Wordpress)
Proficiency with HTML/CSS Frameworks, JS, and JS toolkits (like jQuery)
Expert proficiency with Adobe CS and other creative tools
Possess a deep passion for web design, web-related technologies, and delivering an optimal user experience

NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR APPLICATION:

Proficiency with web-related languages (like PHP/NODE/LARAVEL) is an asset
Ability to create graphical animations is an asset
Copywriting skills is an asset
Knowledge of digital marketing conversion optimization techniques is an asset

Someone from the talent & culture team will reach out to you within 24 hours if your application checks off everything we are looking Upgrade to see actual infoom there, we will conduct an initial interview. Once the initial interview is complete, you will proceed to complete 2 skill-related tests. If you pass those tests, you will proceed to our final interview with the Senior Developer and Head of Talent & Culture. Upon successfully being hired, you will receive 1500 PHP for taking the time to complete our tests.
