**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for Instagram and Pinterest to enhance brand visibility, increase followers, and boost engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on both platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
2. **Content Creation & Management:**
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored for Instagram and Pinterest audiences, including images, videos, stories, and pins.
- Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
3. **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Regularly analyse and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights on traffic, engagement, follower growth, and ROI.
- Use analytics to refine strategies and improve performance continuously.
4. **Influencer Collaboration:**
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and bloggers to extend brand reach and authenticity.
- Manage and track influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
5. **Shopify Website Maintenance:**
- Oversee the brand's Shopify website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with social media activities.
- Work closely with the web development team to enhance the website’s functionality and design for better user experience and conversion.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other marketing and sales departments to ensure a unified brand message.
- Share insights and collaborate on cross-platform marketing campaigns.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C/FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of growing followers and engagement on Instagram and Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Familiarity with photo and video editing tools.
- Experience with Shopify and basic knowledge of website management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Creativity and an eye for design.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
