Profile Description

I am effective in communication both oral and written (phone, personal including custody of privileged communication and information).
When I was in college I worked as a Student Assistant based in the university library where I learned most of the basic of organizing books and even fixing old/archaic books/magazines/newspapers.
I was also the P.I.O. (Public Information Officer) for our dance club at school. During my last year in college I worked part-time as an administrative assistant in an Insurance company, my job includes calling clients for appointments,
presenting to them insurance/financial services our company has to offer later on I became one of its Financial Consultants, attended trainings and seminars.
At present, I am working as Communications Officer in a private company. My job responsibilities includes the routinary communication matters, setting appointments and follow-ups (with private sectors, embassies, other establishments such as government sectors, local, national and international, among others). I am efficient in coordination for an event or a meeting. I also take care of plane/hotel booking matters for trips here and abroad including online visa applications for my bosses.
I can also do basic accounting.
