I am an individual who can easily adapt to changes, loves to travel and visit different places, learn and study different cultures and always up for a challenge. Currently, I am working as a Resolutions Specialist II for Airbnb for almost 2 years now.
The things that I can contribute as a freelancer which is part of my daily tasks are the following:
- To investigate, gather documents and base our decisions through facts.
- To ensure that I'm updated to any changes in Airbnb's policy.
- Provide suggestions and advice based on our training and expertise on how you can make a better profit through Airbnb platform.
- I specialize in Airbnb's Policies, Workflows, Rules and Regulations.
- I am an expert and and a case manager who mediate between Airbnb users, Host and Guest.
- I am the last line of defense before Manager/Client escalations.
- I make sure that I don't choose side between 2 Airbnb users, host and guest.

My main objective is to help my clients in improving their revenues, assisting guests with their complex issues, and to make sure that both parties come up with a fair resolution.
