Job Description:
As a Senior SEO Content Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading our on-page and off-page SEO initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic. From crafting compelling content to implementing technical SEO enhancements, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our search engine visibility and maximizing our ROI.

Responsibilities:
• Must be able to work CST 8:30 – 5:30 Mon through Friday, again this will be Central Timezone.
• Develop and execute robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for content optimization.
• Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience and optimized for search engines.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking to enhance crawlability and indexing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to implement technical SEO best practices and ensure website performance.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on both on-page and off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through SEO strategies.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
