As a Social Media Marketing and Content Assistant, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing content using Canva, crafting engaging captions that resonate with our brand voice, and managing our social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Design and create graphic content using Canva for multiple social media platforms.
Write compelling captions that align with our brand’s tone and audience.
Schedule and post content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with marketing strategies.
Analyze social media performance using platform insights and other measurement tools to improve our content strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
High proficiency in Canva with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to match our brand’s voice and message.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
